If your seating does not perfectly complement your home theater space, our team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all seating components are placed back in their original protective packaging and secured on the shipping pallets to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  We will coordinate with our specialized white-glove freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
